Two realities shape a lot of the work we do across Box Elder County and northern Weber County. The first is hard water — Northern Utah's mineral-heavy water leaves scale buildup inside water heater tanks, showerheads, and supply lines over time, which shortens appliance life and narrows flow. Flushing the tank regularly and addressing scale early makes a real difference. The second is freeze season: winter cold here can split exposed supply lines, hose bibs, and shallow pipes that weren't drained or insulated. A burst hose bib in January is one of the most common winter calls we get.
